Fruit & Vegetables Enzymes

hello every body:
As we know ,varieties of fruits and vegetables are contain enzymes,each type of them contain particular type of enzyme.
my question is ,What is the name of the enzyme in fig,and pineapple?
and the other question is ,what is the advantage of theire availability in the product?
are they(enzymes) helpful to remedy from diseases.?
