A Big Namaste to all from India. I am a sous chef with a super luxury hotel having 14 restaurants and food service outlets and I am in the FSMS Team for the same. Well that kind of shows that we are well on our way to apply for ISO 22K. But like all, we are infact having hiccups here and there and I plan to gain from experts all around the world on this forum as well as try to help with any of the queries posted.
