Food Validation in Qatar

I'm working here in Qatar as Food Safety, a catering services..... as a requirement in ISO 22000 FSMS we need to validate our finished product.
Anyone can help me to give the idea where can i validate our finished products here in Qatar? Thank you

Dear Efren,

"validation" in ISO 22000 typically refers to control measures and operational prps, (see 3.15)

Not sure what validate food means ? . Please clarify where in ISO 22000 are you looking ??

For Validation of your finished product please visit local Doha Municipality Food Control Section or public health department and request them to provide HACCP guideliness and requirements for retail premises (includes food services/catering) latest version or ask for GCC standards for catering services, surely they will help you, when you get validate accordingly.
