What exactly are OHSAS 18001 & OHSAS 18002?

From my very limited knowledge I'm guessing that OHSAS 18001 is to ISO 9001:2000 as OHSAS 18002 is to ISO 9004:2000.
In other words OHSAS 18002 contains all the requirements as well as the useful guidance; which means I only need to purchase OHSAS 18002.
I would appreciate it if someone hot on Health & Safety could confirm or refute this please.
Thanks,
Simon
