Clean As You Go Policy

Hello Members,
Can any one help me creating a clean as you go policy in the factory where I am working? I have searched on the website for clean as you go policy, but it says an error has taken place each time I try to do it. So, that is the reason I have posted this. I am hoping that I would get help as you all have helped me with the glass policy. Does anyone wants to have a look at my glass policy? and then give your comments on it? Let me know what you think of it.
