Sainsbury's - BRC Certification

I have an email communication from Sainsbury's today saying that they no longer recognize National Britannia (or CCL) as a certification body.

I wonder what's going to happen there

Must admit i've never heard of it before
doesn't mean its never happened though
Bakkavor group do not recognise BRC audits carried out by Micron 3
Don't know all the details but was told that Sainsbury's still accepts BRC certification from National Brittania but no longer uses their services for some sort of database that National Brittania managed for them.
