Good afternoon,
My name is Rey Avendano and I am a Food Safety Coordinator for a small pork processing facility in Holland, Michigan.
We are in the early stages of SQF 2000 Certification. We have been through an FSA and two Third Party Audits conducted by Cook and Thurber and another by Con Agra.
I am searching for information pertaining to SQF certifications. Any information that you may have based on your experiences with SQF would be greatly appreciated.
I have read a few forums and I belive I am inthe right place to gather the requried data to put in place a solid SQF program. I just need some assistance in the technical sideof this.
Again, I look forward to sharing some great ideas and information with all of you and hope to hear from someone in the near future.
