I asked someone to send me check list for control(audit) suppliers.I work in Dairy industry so I would like to audit our suppliers for vakuum bags,salt ,milk powder ect.

Dear eva,

Here's a few more for you.

It depends a bit on what level of scope you want. These vary from medium to high, first has suggested target answers + a quite neat scoring system included, second is intended as a direct template, third also has some milk powder added queries. Hopefully of some interest.
