Hello Gao Yu Qing and a warm welcome to our forums. Thanks for taking the time to tell us about yourself, it's really nice to know a little about our members. I'm Simon and I have been running this place (along with other stalwarts) in various guises since January 2002. I hope you find the time to stop by and share some of your knowledge and experience from time to time and if we can assist you in any way just ask.Hello there. Found this site when I was looking for some particular information and figured that if it had that kind of data available, might be a handy place to have on hand to get feedback and opinions. Working in a temp-to-hire position with Gerber (now Nestle owned) as a microbiologist. I'm the first semi-trained dedicated microbiologist they've had working here in the plant so I'm trying to get everything up to speed, people trained and such-like. Might be handy to have a wall to bounce ideas off of.
