Hi,
Can any one help me in following regards usage of footwear in processing area.
We are manufactruing steam sterilize spices and presently we are using Rubber shoes in our processing area, and i would like to change it to Canvas shoes.
can anyone suggest that is it acceptable as per BRC or ISO 22K ?
As per BRC 5, 7.5.8 it states that Suitable foot wear shall be worn within the production environment, does this shoes is fiting into the same or not?
Thanks
Bhavin

Yes does it mean suitable in terms of health and safety e.g. steel toe caps, rubber non-slip soles. Or does it mean cleanable, or both?
