Please can someone give me some guidance.........

I have had a new tech manager start while i have been away from site for a week and this guy wants to change the world.

Health marking - he has stopped using a small EC tape on bagged products of chicken pieces due to size of the text apparently and told them to use a differant size tape e.g. bigger .

we have used this tape and text size for 5 years and nothing has been raised with the vet, customer. He says there is a regulation stating the size of text required but i cant find this. i have only found what is in this reg

Corrigendum to Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004

laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin

Please can someone guide me

thanks
