Came across this collection of various HACCP / GMP resources while browsing. The model manuals are rather well done IMO, as would be expected from such an eminent origin.

Some useful stuff there and very well written - Thanks Charles. One word of warning for people though don't take the HACCP example as gospel as I can see 1 or 2 almost certain CCP's that are missing.
