Food Safety Audit Policy -3rd party warehouse

Hi,
I am in middle of writinga corporate policy for Food Safety Audits specifically for 3rd partywarehouse. I am aware I have to include how the audit is conducted, what documents used and I think themost important is the follow-up to ensure that items have been closed and howwe will manage that piece. Is there any thing else that I can include, does anyone have a sample of this policy.
