I am interesting in calibration procedure, log sheet for the different instruments used in water lab, eg PH , TDS and conductivity meters etc...

You will get lot of material in ineternet related to this calibration. Please refer your instrument provider manual and do the same.
I am attaching some documents which I got from net.
Regarding logs, you can create on your own - based on the standard used, measurement observed and Remarks. - Date of calibration
& next due of calibration is important. If you want the format, please let me know.

Asprevious posters have said your instrument manufacturer should provide these. Examples from the internet:
