I stumbled upon this site and have been very impressed, Great site/forum/idea. I will be tuning in,

I work as assistant technical manager in a (large) grower/packer of vegetables. I am relatively new to the industry but have been baptised with fire.

Hello Carrot and welcome to the forums. Apologies for the delayed welcome, I've been a little busy lately. In fact I've hardly made a post in two weeks and that's some sort of record for me. Anyway thanks for the nice comments, I've bumped your topic so hopefully you will get a reply on that.
