Hotel quality system procedures, forms and instructions
I work in a hotel and we have 9001,14001,22000 :)
but all theese are in my own language. My company has hotels abroad so i want to make international systems.
İf you have document in english about hotel system (house keeping, tecnic, fo, bar, kitchen etc....) (procedures, forms, instruction) can you share with me.
Because it takes lots of the to translate my document and will be easier doing some revises on yours.
Thanks a lot.
Regards....
I don't have any document in English, but I might have an idea....
You can contact a translating agent to see how much it will cost if they translate the procedures. If you work from a 'new' english document you end up re writing all the procedures. Your translate english document need some work as well but most of the document is then correct.
Good luck!
I think it's great for you to have a complete Management System like that, not so many hotel would go for that far.
Anyway, for your request, unfortunately I don't have a straight answer or documents for you. Instead, I have some links that might useful for you when developing your system:

And if you want something more "technical", you may try this:

I know of properly approved translators if you wish to use them - they are UK based but have translators around the world and are ISO 9001 UKAS accrediated
Hope this helps :)
You need to translate your own documents not adapt someone else's English language ones, otherwise you may find that the new documents are not relevant to your business as all systems and documentation has to be tailored for its user. Poor translation could seriously damage the credibility of your business so be careful. I do echo the other forumite who applauds you for implementing the systems in the first place.

Have to pull you up on certification and accreditation.
The United Kingdom Accreditation Service is the sole national accreditation body recognised by government to assess, against internationally agreed standards, organisations that provide certification, testing, inspection and calibration services. You can find a list of certification bodies that are accredited by UKAS here.
It is one of these certification bodies that would normally certify your translator to ISO 9001 if in the UK.
