Baklava appears as another recipe page in my posted reference to heurek but i couldn't understand that either.! (First time I thought it was balaclava.

I know baklava reasonably well. Are we talking on mass production scale or home-made?
How many flavours? I imagine the flow chart would be the same for each baklava variant.
