Hello,
I joined this forum a few weeks ago, when I was looking for some guidance on implementing SQF, and finally decided it's time I introduce myself. My name is Erika, and I am a new professional, who recently graduated with a BS in Food Science. A few months ago I moved from Michigan to Miami, and now working as a Quality Assurance Assistant and co-SQF practitioner.
So far, I have enjoyed the range of topics and diversity of members on this forum, and look forward to future contributions!

Hello Erika, As you know we have thousand of members here from all over the world, from all links in the food chain and at all stages of their careers. Yes it's diverse, but we all have one thing in common and that's trying to make food safer.
