Scrubbing Machine for uneven hard surfaces

We want to buy a scrubbing machine and dusting machine (combined or separate) to use in our warehouse. The warehouse floor is not even - its having cement flooring - but very rough and uneven also. Can anyone suggest a machine from your experience.
