I work in the baking industry. I wonder if anyone has a Supplier Performance Template? It would be for a supplier performance review done in-house. (not visiting Suppliers).

Do you mean some sort of scorecard Paula, e.g. complaints, on time deliveries in full etc. or are you looking for more of an audit checklist?
