I am looking for HACCP training institute for 2 people ( one Maint staff and one HACCP team member).
Can any one advise good training instutute in south east or london area with price.

Can one product mix different HACCP categories in the same tray?
Shelf-life validation gap: HACCP says 24 months frozen, but testing only ran 4 months (beef plant)
