I registered to the forum last Jan. 2011, i have been reading the threads for 2 months now. Whenever I encountered quality or food safety issues, I posted them here and I found the replies very useful. Sorry if I am more on asking questions. I really wanted to participate in any existing threads by giving my inputs to help others but I am new in food industry. I almost forgot to thank Simon! This is a great forum, visit almost every day.
