so the experts and IFSQN cant help me somebody has to take the challenge simon
In-past i have seen few fellow members from INDIA working in mango processing plants, browse the Food Safety & Quality Manager Forums but i am not sure anybody related to mango farm.

That's good ISO 22000 in a mango farm.

Can you share the process flow,

- a land with mango trees,
- is it hand picking from trees or from ground or any process
- cleaning and storage
- any processing ? cutting or peeling or separation of seeds and juice !
- packing and distribution.
- climatic conditions in your farm and area

We need more and above information to help you!

I am assuming you understand the basics of HACCP and ISO22000.

Hi Phonebell,

You need to provide the full process flow information and much more before we can assist you otherwise you not going to get very far.
the farm is having 8000 mango trees of 7 yeras old and is global gap certified
it is hand picked
no storage despatched as soon as harvested
climatic condition id tropical
