The importance of pest control

It is likely that the incident reported below will severely damage the brand (at least in the short term) and may cost the company millions of pounds. I suppose this is a reminder of why the BRC/IoP Packaging Standard and similar standards have been developed. Organisations invest heavily in building a brand's image and it is critical that they protect their assets - this makes it all the more amazing how a few little creatures can do so much damage.
