Question related to SQF 2000 section 4.2.1.2 - Register of systems doc

Can someone share their ideas on what is the coverage of 4.2.1.2 A register of current SQF 2000 System documents? Example would be highly appreciated. Thanks

Hi Ives,

You should consult the SQF 2000 code documents on the www.sqfi.com website for Level 3. All the sections listed can be documented on your Register. If you compile a Document Register then any amendments with issue number can be included here as part of any amendments.

Welcome aboard Ives! 4.2.1.2 simply means that you (or your Document Control coordinator if you have one) must maintain a list (Aussie for register) of all SQF 2000 documents, both current and obsolete, and that they're stored in a secure location (password protected shared drive perhaps, or in a locked secure office).

A bit of a history lesson for some far away members who do not know the birth place of SQF 2000. Well it was in Western Australia where it started its journey before being adopted in US.
