Surviving contamination of the food contact surfaces because the area had been cleaned by an untrained person

All personnel are to be trained in the use of chemicals and cleaning of specific food production areas

Trained personnel are less likely to make errors with dilution of chemicals within the production areas and therefore residues of undiluted chemicals are less likely to survive on the machinery

Metal contamination of the ingredient or product from snap off blades or similar item

Snap off blades are not used within the factory production or storage areas

By not allowing such an item on site, the risk of product or ingredient contamination is greatly reduced

I hope this will be useful to you

Oh p*o, I lost the table. I hope you can make sense of the information now. The table is 8 columns across, if you can copy this and put it into a table 8 columns across ensuring the numbers always fall under "likelihood, severity and risk" then the risk assessment will make sense.

Give it a go, ps this is not complete for that section.
