Please has anybody got a template for the risk assessment for the positive release of product. As per my other posts i am in desperate need of some help as BRC is looming. Not been there long and again there is alot to do

I don't know much about BRC, but If possible investigate food safety and quality issues experienced by your competitors or other companies in your industry so you could take control measures to reduce risks of dealing with the unsafe product etc
