Production and purification of Nisin (bacteriocin)

hello i need litrature for the production and purification of Nicin (one of the bacteriocin produced by Lactobacilli) i want to use it for the food preservation so i any member of the forum having any information of the subject kindly share it with me either on forum or e-mail me at xxxxxxxxxxx
