Dear Mientari,
You probably already found out that the text of option A and option B are equal.
For certification against option B. The prerequisite program (annex to the standard) will be audited and checked by the auditor.
For certification against option A. The prerequisite program is audited but not checked (with checked ! mean that the auditor has to tell for all requirements if it was conform or non-conform). Only the option B is GFSI approved.
Hopes this information was of any help.
