Hello Simon.

I use Q-pulse. It's a pretty good software programme and is ideal for maintaining a Quality System. There are various modules for areas such as CA/PA, Equipment, Documents, Suppliers etc. It makes document review and document control very easy. Haven't used the other two programmes, but would recommend Q-pulse. It's easy to navigate for beginners too.

Hope this helps

Pops,
Thanks I appreciate. I also believe the modules are quite versetile.

Take a look at Safefood 360 food safety management software for food processing/manufacturing plants. You can find out more and get a free demonstration here: What is Safefood 360?

Thanks for the mention Simon!

Yep, compared to the three you mentioned we are the new kids on the block but we do have some very large companies using us. Feel free to drop over to the Safefood 360 forum if you have any questions.

Philip.
I like QPulse; excellent audit / CAPA modules, good document module and customisable. My criticism is it could be more user friendly for people who use it infrequently and it's not the most user friendly to get the reports out of it you want. It can also be limited sometimes; for example, you can put in lots of extra detail on how much an incident cost on CAPA but you can't force that to be filled in so someone could close the incident without it. My other suggestion would be to make the asset module into a viable alternative to a works order system, then I would buy it in a heartbeat. Unfortunately as it is, I can't justify the cost as I'm in a small company but that all said if the £1-2k you're looking at isn't a big deal to the company you're suggesting it to than I'd definitely recommend it.
