Environmental Monitoring Limits

I am revisiting our company's Environmental Monitoring Program and have very little references regarding acceptable and non-acceptable action limits. Does anyone have any resources for environmental monitoring limits for APC, Coliform, and Yeast and Mold. These would be for non-food contact surfaces (sanitation/environmental monitoring of processing and packaging areas).

I would check with the lab you will be sending the swabs to.
