How to bring external maintenance worker/pest controller into Allergen

Dear all,<br style="">
I am looking for some guidance/template to create a procedure for maintenance workers/pest controller to avoid allergen cross contamination during their work at the site.
We have already in place Visitor Questionnaire that all visitors have to fill in before entering the production facility.
Please share your thoughts and expertise.
Regards
Martinblue

Dear Martinblue:
First, you can brief them about your company's allergen control policy. Some of them may not know what are food allergens.
Then, you can ask them to declare any allergenic materials they brought.
After that, there should be authorised company personnel to bring them into the plant. Please let the external maintenance people/ pest controller known about your material / workers's flow to avoid cross-contamination.
That's my opinion to share with you.
