Brushes keep losing bristles. Looking for scraper/spatula suggestions

We produce dry blended powders (bakery mixes, drink mixes, etc.). Most of our blending is done in 2000 pound capacity ribbon blenders. To push the final bit of product out of the mixer, the employees have been using Sparta tank brushes.

We have gotten more than one customer complaint about bristles in finished goods. I want to eliminate the use of brushes to clean product from the mixers for product that is to be packaged. I'd like to switch to scrapers-spatulas.

Anyone know of a good source for flexible scrapers-spatulas that can be screwed onto a Sparta stainless steel handle?

I have seen Sparta's spatulas and have ordered a sample, but would like any and all sugegstions.

We will be scraping out as much as we can, packaging that product, and then trash the remaining product that can only be swept out of the blender.

Why don't you keep using the sparta brushes and then follow it up by blowing compressed air to remove any bristles that may have fallen off once the equipment has been cleaned. Maybe other memebers may offer alternative suggestions.

We plan on using the Sparta brushes for CLEANING, but there's a step between batches for lot separation where the brush was used (blue for dry sweeping in our facility) to push the remaining product in the bottom of the mixer that couldn't be moved by the blades of the mixer to the conveyor that transfers the product to the filler hopper.

I want to use scrapers-squeegies-spatulas for this step, but keep the brushes for cleaning (they have done a better job removing product than any scraper we have tried).

Below are links to a couple of the scrapers from RS Quality that we have used. They also carry various types of squeegees as well.
