I need your opinion on cleaning of ceiling paint

What's your opinion about cleaning of ceiling paint in a cheese factory and cheese? Can be achieved easily or weekly cleaning procedure as the ceiling trying to be made of the same material as the walls (waterproof).

Ceilings and walls should be in good condition and cleanable, obviously you wouldn't want paint peeling off and presenting a contamination risk. In terms of cleaning frequency it would depend on how dirty it get's; do it once and then monitor.
