Microbial standards for food contact surfaces

hello! i need a list of microbial standards taken for swab test and such other hygiene indicator tests done for food plant equipment.
And I would also like to know what mirobial criteria are taken into account during food manufacturing process validation.
thank u if u get any info regarding the same.
