Dear Ben,

food safety certification can never be done online.
an audit tour in the processing facility is obligatory. GMPs and general hygiene is a major issue in food safety systems.

Hi Ben,

It would be helpful for you to define exactly why you need to be HACCP certified? Is it driven for example by a customer demand or is it local / national legislation?

This would help you identify the specific requirements for certification and how best to obtain certificate...

George.
oBen,
In the US the best and easiest place to go is through the American Insitute of Baking now going by AIB international. They can guide you through a range of not only food safety issues but also with technical services issues as well. They have online courses as well as regional workshops. You may really only be looking for certified HACCP training as opposed to a certified program. You will find both with them and they can guide you through your needs.

Good Luck
Bob

If you are looking for a course that you can attend to personally be certified, there are plenty out there.
haccpalliance.org has a list of all their accredited HACCP training programs and providers.
