Looking for sample cleaning record and checklist

Dear all,

I 'm looking for sample of cleanning record and checklist of food premises, does anybody willing sharing with me?

Hopefully the attachment comes through.

What we have done is broken down the entire clean up process into sections. Each with its own required areas to be cleaned. These are completed by the sanitation person doing the area . After which it is reviewed by production supervision and signed off. Further, we have a complete preoperational inspection of the process line completed by supervision before production restarts.

Just remember top to bottom and front to back.

Thks for example. Very systematic approach although a lot of reading involved maybe.

(I fear a possible motivation for a lot of "auto-ticking" ?.)
