Hello,

I work as a QA Manager for a RTE and NRTE food manufacturer. I am in a process of improving our current costumer complaint program, particularly the tracking system.

I am interested to know if there is a software (other than excel database) that others have used and can recommend for our industry.

Thanks.

Do you have any example of excel template for customer complaint management?

My experience has been companies using either Excel or a custom built system. I use Excel - like to keep it simple & focus on reducing complaints. The fewer the complaints, the easier it is to manage in Excel.

Hi,

We use Consol http://www.consol.co...ice-management/

We have found it really good, it is run on a server in our head office and we have a VPN link to it. You buy concurrent licences meaning that for 10 people on site using we have 3 licences.

It is easy to track contacts, link calls and is very customisable. It is not so good for tend analysis and we have to extract the data into Excel to look at trends.

As with some of the above I have no links to Consol.

Have experience working with Harrington Group CA/6 (corrective action). Used 1 database for complaints and 1 for audit findings that were not applicable to CMMS (Maintenance Management Software) including behavioral, sanitation and documentation type findings. Software was easy to use and comprehensive. Provided a good method to show that all audit findings or complaints had follow-up.
