BRC 'Understanding' guidance documents - Where to find them?
Started by BarrieT, Jul 13 2012 03:00 PM
I have been scouring the BRC website - unsuccessfully - for the 'official' guidance documents periodically released by BRC (not the big glossy ones you have to pay for, but the free pdf downloads).
If I google 'Understanding Root Cause Analysis' I get a link to such a document to download - but that relies on me knowing the document exists in the first place! I need to know what documents are available, and just don't seem to be able to get to a 'download' list anywhere on the BRC website.
I'm sure I'm missing something very obvious, in which case I'm sorry Mr BRC.........in the meantime, can anyone put me out of my misery!??
