PhD in Food Safety by Distance Education

Please let me know if PhD in food safety by distance education is being offered by any university?

Best to do us to have the research topic that you want to propose. Read literatures.make a proposal then search for universities that offer phd programs in the particular discipline. Submit your proposal to the concerned prof.or doc. If there s interest inthe topic and the mode of study you apply then But normally there will be a requirement that you have a supervisor in your home country and a grant to carry out your project. Food safety is a wide subject and requires some experiment works or even may involve surveys ....all that need local support.

Thank you so much, But what if the student is from one country and is currently working in another country? Does he/she has to find a guide in the place they are currently in or a guide back in their home?
