Validity of a Service Level Agreement
My question is how long should a SLA be valid, if say there are no changes to anything that is happening. As to be honest I don't want to harass 15+ service suppliers for the same thing every year if there is nothing new to add. Surely we can use the same one and maybe consider renewing it every 3 years or so?
What do people think?
Cheers,
I'm just going through some of our documentation in the run up to our BRC next year and as it took so long to gather up everything for the last audit I am starting with our SLA for suppliers of services.

The Standard does not specify anything in the management of suppliers of services section.
I'd go with the requirement in the Specification section and review them every three years.
