Drafting SQF program
Started by MFSC, Dec 04 2012 05:37 PM
I have prepared in the past for a GFS Primus audit, I am required by customers to have a SQF program ready for spring of 2013.
Just wondering if I should use my current system or is it better to start over with new titles, reference numbers. I feel a bit overwhelmed with all the layers of
documentation.
any suggestions? thanks

It will presumably depend on how closely the 2 standards are matched.
Unfortunately, i don't recall any previous posts on this forum regarding Primus standard however the main sections are likely to be similar I expect.
Most people here seem to prefer to try to be (document-wise) auditor-friendly so tend to rewrite as per new standard. Personally, i always tried to split my FS system into manuals as far as possible so i could xreference. Just lazy i guess.
