Any suggestion on the material of food production area ceilings?

Good day everyone. Any suggestion on the material of food production area ceilings?

Condition : red bean paste production, where temperature is about 35C and humidity can hit up to 90%. Wet production area.

I would think a well insulated white plastic cladding would be fine.
FRP panels came to mind for me. Cheap, easily cleaned and resistant to almost every type of staining/cleaner/condition, can be done by in house maintenance to save on costing too.

And you can put them over painted/textured drywall that's already in place.
