How to monitor positive air pressure?

if you have a positive air pressure(high risk area)
how do check the pressure?
some retailers request to be>5pascals
please help very urgent

Barometer? Place in high risk area and measure pressure, then move to lower risk area and test pressure again.


If it was an emergency, that's what I'd do. Probably should get onto that with documentation, validation, verification activities though.

what about a manometer?

1-how do you verify the pressure ?
how many times/day?depend on time production?
every other day/once a week....

2-we are not using hepa filters, but F7, the new regulation EN779/2012 required to have at least F9, may be with it H11(BS EN 1822).

based on risk assessment, do we still need Hepa filters if the micro-product results are whithin the specifications.

The positive air operations inside my facility are contained to two rooms, and they are not crucial to the actual product but rather there as part of dust control. That said, we use a magnehelic gauge permanently installed to the rooms to verify the operation of the units.
