In order to comply with the new regulations of the FSMA of 2011, I need to implement safety manuals and procedures to be with the law.

My company and our growers / suppliers are very aware of the importance of food safety and they all are in compliance with the requirements, but they have to be in writting and in the form of a manual....

Can you help me with this?

Thanks

There have not been implementing regulations published for the vast majority of FSMA yet and the FDA is not enforcing most of the requirements until those are final. FDA just published proposed rules for Produce and Preventative Control requirements, but it will be some time until they have final rules. FDA has implemented the biennial reregistration requirements for food facilities and has also made use of their new authority to withdrawal registration to prevent a company from operating, but it is too soon to say for sure what will be required under FSMA regulations.
