Hi all, below statement with red bold is just added for our finished product disposal procedure, appreciate if anyone can drop me a comments on the statement, thanks in advance.
Waste Disposal
Guideline:
1. Solid waste or domestic waste is segregated and stored temporarily in a garbage area prior to remove by waste disposal contractor on daily basis.
2. Liquid waste (water) from processing area will be drain out directly to drainage or sewerage system.
3. The waste containers are cleaned every time the waste is removed to minimize contamination
4. Chemical waste shall be controlled and stored temporarily in a covered and ventilated compartment prior to removal when the waste ready to pick up.
5. Hard water (discharge from freezer) will be collected in a tank and have a separate piping system, refer to “HARD WATER FLOW DIAGRAM”. This hard water will only be used for cleaning of non food contact surfaces and toilet flushing. The hard water outlet is clearly identified with label.
6. Machinery/ mechanical maintenance waste (e.g. engine oil, engine oil filter, metal scarp) will be sold or collected (upon the waste ready for pick up) by approved contractor.
7. Sludge from backwashing of sand filter will be drain out directly to drainage system.
8. Used or broken packaging materials (plastic bag) will be collected & sold as plastic scrap on monthly basis.
9. Potential unsafe food shall be disposed outside production area that will not become a threat to product.
10. Finished product remained in the lorry throughout the delivery route shall be returned and kept at the designated area at the end of the delivery. Supervisor or assistant supervisor to determine disposition of finished product. Records of disposition shall be maintained.

Dear carine,
Just for starters -
Assuming 2 and 7 refer to public drainage, this would be illegal in many locations.
Similarly, items like No.4 "Chemical Waste" depend on what it actually is.
What is the intended purpose of the list ?
