Hello, my name is Wes Babcock. I am a Registered Dietitian who works as a Food Safety Manager for Compass Group. For those of you who are not familiar with Compass Group we are the largest food contract services managment company in the world. This site was recommended to me by a good friend as a good resource for food safety related topics. I look forward to contributing and learning as a reuslt of the knowledge on this site.
