Looking for some clarification on Customer Contracts

Hey,

I was looking for some clarification on Customer Contracts.

We are a Private Label Production company and as such everything is confidential and verbally agreed. In order to follow the Standard, would we still be required to have written contracts to the same extent that a non private label company would?

Thanks!

Dear JohnL,

I think you are asking if "Documentation / Signatures" can be verbal. Seems rather improbable in the context of the BRC standard.
