Biovigilance, Food Defense and Bioterrorism Manual or Procedure

Hi Good Morning to all,

We are currently facing our 2nd stage FSSC-ISO 22000 Audit...and it's really hard to document requirement for Biovigilance, Food Defense and Bio terrorism...could anyone from the group can share their expertise on how will i document it or anyone already have a documented procedure or manual...
