Quantification method for microbiological methods

hi everybody,

                      1st i like to say thanks for all of u people. because i got many valuable information from u people. i am working in gherkin industry. my BRC auditor made NC, because we are not conducting proficiency test for microbiology methods. so please give me any example how to quantify microbiology  methods of proficiency testing.

Hi.  good response above.  There are several proficiency testing programmes available. You just need to participate to benchmark your lab results against other food labs.

Silliker run there own internal proficiency.  You could ask a lab to confirm your results against there's to benchmark. Good luck.
